jonbearr asked: I haven’t driven either but I merely want to point out some specs for the sake of argument. The Evo has more horsepower than a standard WRX (291 compared to 265), but the STI has more horses than the Evo (305). The Evo and STI have the same torque, which is 300fp @ 4000. I live in the states, but I know that there was a European released Evo at one point that had around 400hp.
