Can you please tell me why are people always mistaking our very special german luxury models for slightly oversized Hyundais, or don't have a clue at all?

From my perspective, in the whole bling bling and baller status spectrum, Maybachs are constantly overshadowed by Rolls Royces, Mercs, BMWs, and SUVs with oversized rims.

Maybachs were never really popular I guess, compared to other luxury vehicles. I know that Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear, constantly asks why stars bought the Maybach.

Who knows! Maybach is still a godly brand in the luxury department.
